The combined choirs of Grace United Methodist Church and Memorial United Methodist Church will present the Christmas cantata, "Silent Night, Holy Night" on Dec. 16 at at 9:30 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church and again on Dec. 23 at 11 a.m. at Memorial United Methodist Church. Indian Trail Presbyterian Church
The annual Children’s Christmas Play at Indian Trail Presbyterian Church will to be held Saturday, December 8 at 5:30 PM in the church sanctuary. Our play this year is entitled "A Child is Born" and is based on the illustrated Christmas storybook by Mary Alice Gran and illustrator Christa Hook. The play stays true to the Biblical story of Mary’s annunciation, the journey to Bethlehem, the birth of baby Jesus, the visit of the shepherds, and the gifts of the Magi. The Heart Sisters have published “GIVE THANKS UNTO THE LORD, II” Cookbook, to benefit upcoming outreach and missions for 2013. Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church
Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church will hold its annual Christmas program on Dec. 23 at 5 p.m. with refreshments and gift exchange to follow. The church will be joined by Antioch United Methodist Church to go caroling on Sunday, Dec. 16 for shut-ins. The church is a sponsor of Extreme Extremities Sock and Glove collection to be distributed through several local agencies to the needy. Donations will be accepted thru Dec. 7.
