Dancing in Clover returns March 21

What has four leaflets, is green and is the subject of a gala event?  It’s the 4—H clover!  4-H is an informal education program for youth ages 5-19 who want to “learn by doing” which is the 4-H philosophy.  What’s the gala event? Why it’s Dancin’ in the Clover of course and the sixth one at that!

Common Heart offers tax service

Thanks to generous community supporters, volunteers with the local nonprofit Common Heart have been able to file taxes for 86 residents just one month into its free income tax service.

Wingate earns Heart of the Arts award

The Union County Community Arts Council has announced that Wingate University has received the organization’s 2015 Heart of the Arts Lifetime Achievement Award.  The award was presented at the council’s Night for the Arts on Saturday, February 21.
