Citizens for Adequate Public Schools (CAPS) and the Union County Board of Education met again in the courtroom Wednesday for a preliminary injunction hearing.
The Union County Board of Education reaffirmed their redistricting plan Tuesday night and passed a resolution that addressed the changes to the redistricting lines brought up by Citizens for Adequate Public Schools (CAPS).
Representatives from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction’s Plant Instruction staff visited Indian Trail Elementary and Sun Valley High School in early June to look at the buildings and inspect the roofs.
