The investigation ordered by the school board in October to look into Vice Chairman Marce Savage’s actions before her censure cost $4,950, according to Union County Public Schools.
In addition to the censure, there will be further investigation into Savage’s travel. The report showed a mileage reimbursement form submitted to both the state board of education and Union County Public Schools for the same trip.
