Crowder preparing to be a pro

Jamison Crowder his completed his record-setting football career at Duke University, and now he's training for the NFL Combine. The 5-9, 175-pound receiver earned his degree in 3.5 years, so he doesn't have to worry about taking classes while he's getting ready for the NFL.

Panthers advance with dominant second half

Carolina blanked Arizona after halftime in the opening round of the NFL playoffs on Saturday, allowing them to rally from a halftime deficit and move into the round of eight. Jonathan Stewart rushed for 122 yards and a TD to lead Carolina, which went nine years between playoff wins.

PANTHERS WIN DIVISION, MAKE PLAYOFFS

With the NFC South Division title and a playoff beth at stake for both clubs, Carolina went on the road and blew out Atlanta on Sunday. The Panthers will host Arizona in a playoff game on Saturday (Jan. 3) starting at 4:30.
