WINGATE AT TUSCULUM WILL BE SHOWN
ON NATIONAL TELEVISION, THANKS TO CBS
Greeneville, Tenn.----The Wingate University football team begins South Atlantic Conference play Thursday, Sept. 24 at Tusculum College. The WU-TC game is one of four Division II games to be shown on CBS College Sports this year. Kickoff is slated for 8:05 p.m.
The Wingate-Tusculum contest will also be carried on FSN South. For Bulldog fans who do have access to CBS College Sports or FSN South, the NCAA will host a webcast of the Division II Game of the Week between the Bulldogs and the Pioneers. The Wingate University Student Affairs office is sponsoring a student bus for the Tusculum game. Tickets are free and there is no charge to ride the bus. Interested Wingate University students can sign up for the trip with Assistant Director of Campus Life for Activities Sarah Smith.
BULLDOG FANS CAN WATCH WINGATE-TUSCULUM
GAME AT SPIRO’S HILLTOP BISTRO THURSDAY NIGHT
Monroe, N.C.----Spiro’s Hilltop Bistro and the Wingate University Bulldog Club are inviting students, faculty and staff to watch the Bulldog football team take on Tusculum College on FSN South at 8 p.m. Thursday.
Thanks to a special arrangement between Spiro’s Hilltop Bistro and the Bulldog Club, Wingate fans can watch the game in the Down Under Sports Pub. Food and drink specials (with Wingate ID) will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will continue until closing. Pup Club members can eat free from the children’s menu Thursday.
