Zymir Jackori-Alan Currence

James and Wanda Currence of Wingate announce the birth of their son, Zymir Jackori-Alan, on June 19, 2009, at Carolinas Medical Center-Union.

Zy weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces and was 17 inches long.

His grandparents are Rose Page of Laurinburg and Jacky Pierce of Lumberton, and James and Ernestine Currence of Harrisburg, Pa.

He is the great-grandchild of Annie Page and Lorraine Pierce, both of Rowland.
