On Sept.17, while visiting a church in Marshville I became ill and had to be taken to the hospital in Monroe. This letter is to thank the Union County EMS personnel that transported me to that hospital. Sometimes we take for granted the ones who care for us in an emergency. I don’t remember their names, but I do remember the kindness and gentleness that I was shown at a frightful time. Before I close don’t let me forget to thank the staff at Carolina’s Medical Center - Union for professionalism and kindness in the Emergency Room and to the nurses and CNA’s on the Fourth Floor for taking good care of me during my stay. Thank You!!
