Preston Tyler Mills

Mr. and Mrs. Tyler Mills (Emily Helms) of Monroe announce the birth of their son, Preston Tyler, on Aug. 4, 2009, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

Preston weighed 5 pounds 9 ounces and was 18 inches long.

His grandparents are Rick and Donna Helms, Glenn and Gail Smith, Dennis Mills, and Rebecca Mills, all of Monroe.

He is the great-grandchild of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Neal Helms, Mr. and Mrs. James Gordon, Mr. and Mrs. Javis Caudle and Katherine Cox, all of Monroe.

Trevor William Mills

Mr. and Mrs. Tyler Mills (Emily Helms) of Monroe announce the birth of their son, Trevor William, on Aug. 4, 2009, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

Trevor weighed 4 pounds 13 ounces and was 17.75 inches long.

Brooklyn Nicole Todd

Robert Todd and Rebecca Janney of Galax, Va., announce the birth of their daughter, Brooklyn Nicole Todd, on Oct. 6, 2009, at Twin County Regional Hospital. Brooklyn weighed 7 pounds 3 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Her grandparents are Vicky and Tony Richmond of Wingate.
